Position: Sr. Solutions Architect 

In this position, as the Sr. Solutions Architect at Dynepic, you’ll help guide our team by mapping out solutions to some of the most complex technical challenges that will power the future of knowledge for a better tomorrow. Dynepic’s DX platform which is white-labeled to the US Government as MOTAR is in the integration phase of the SDLC process, and this position will ensure it is built within DoD cloud architecture requirements as well as scale up to meet anticipated high demand.

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect who can architect but also put fingers to keyboard to execute. An ideal candidate will be highly collaborative with our elite team to help scale our current development stack to exceed our customers expectations.

Scope of Work:

  • Architect secure solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS GovCloud
  • Develop CI/CD pipeline solutions for both the DX and MOTAR platforms
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Lead developers to mitigate any security findings as part of the continuous ATO process
  • Manage highly complex, multi-platform environments (servers, storage, networks, security, virtualization, systems monitoring and management)

Qualification

      Position: Project Manager  

      In this position, as a Project Manager at Dynepic, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure assigned programs are delivered on time, under budget and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

      Position: Sr PM, AETC Liaison  

      In this position, the Sr. Program Manager will be the onsite representative for Air Education Training and Command (AETC) in San Antonio, Texas for Dynepic’s MOTAR Platform. Candidate will be the eyes and ears of Dynepic, embedded with the customer at AETC (Kelly Field). Candidate will be expected as the AETC Liaison to communicate with the appropriate Dynepic departments to ensure timely and correct answers are provided to keep program on schedule and exceeding customer expectations. This position will report to the Dir of Programs and may be given government programs to manage, above and beyond the Liaison role.

      Scope of Work:

      • Represent Dynepic’s culture, spirit, work ethic, quality of work, and professionalism onsite at least 4-days a week with AETC customer
      • Interface with AETC/DoD Leaders to brief program updates and details consistent with company vision for execution
      • Work with customer to respond to immediate actions, remove any roadblocks, and coordinate with team to achieve program success
      • Help ensure MOTAR Platform achieves a full program of record

      Qualifications:

      Position: Director, Contracts Mgt & Innovation

      In this position, the Director of Contracts Management and Innovation will report the CEO and will be responsible for building out the contracts department, managing all contracts (both US Government and Commercial), including the entire contracting life cycle, contract negotiations, contract management and reporting, and ensuring requirements are followed. 

      Additionally, this candidate will assist Dynepic to enable direct sales and procurement from the DX Platform (commercial) and MOTAR Platform (gov). Candidate will also work with government to configure contracts such that the MOTAR Platform can be easily procured by all services and federal agencies. The ideal candidate with be comfortable with developing new processes and procedures for innovative contract solutions – including following an agile approach to government contracting. 

      Scope of Work:

      • Contract Management:
          • The Director of Contracting Innovation will manage all US Government and Commercial contracting, including all associated contracting activities
          • Ensure all contracts are aligned with business goals and identified work 
          • Reduce contracting timelines
          • Oversee that the preparation of contracts and negotiations follow company policies and legal requirements
          • Provide guidance on contract terms and the assessment of contract proposals
          • Provide proposal-to-closeout contract management
          • Review and/or draft proposed contract terms and conditions, identify contractual and business risks, define risk mitigation, strategies, and negotiate contract
          • Keep contract records in accordance with company practice

          • Provide contracting status to C-Suite executive team
          • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding strategies, practices, and procedures
      • Innovative Processes and Procedures:
        • Develop new processes and procedures to ensure web-based platform is contracted appropriately across DoD and Government agencies
        • Lead conceptualization of innovative government contracting approach for purchase of various technologies from platform
        • Develop vendor procedures to participate in sales from platform
        • Direct and develop policies and procedures that govern the contracts division 

      Qualifications:

      • Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance 
      • Subject Matter Expert in Government Contracting (10+ years)
      • Subject Matter Expert in Commercial Contracting (5+ years)
      • Deep knowledge of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations
      • Experience in contracts management and administration

      Position: Scrum Master/ 3D Artist

      In this hybrid position as the Scrum Master/ 3D Artist at Dynepic, you will facilitate Agile processes within Dynepic’s teams by enabling the delivery of high-quality, large-scale architectures, and customer-focused software. As a Scrum Master you will lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review and Retrospective. As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating still and moving images using computers, creating 3D models of products, and while meeting deadlines.

      Scope of Work as a Scrum Master:

      • Partner with Design, Engineering, Product, and QA teams to ensure objectives are met throughout the lifecycle. 
      • Work with Product Directors, Program Directors, CEO, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to identify and clarify priorities and overall roadmap.
      • Learn Dynepic’s products and contribute to product improvement. 
      • Assist the Product Owner with release and planning
      • Foster a team environment and troubleshoot to solve conflicts and maintain team effectiveness. 

      Scope of Work as a 3D Artist:

      • Creating storyboards to visualize scenes and create a realistic environment for movies, games, and other visual effects.
      • Using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.
      • Understanding the project requirements, being able to conceptualize creative ideas, and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
      • Receiving feedback from directors, animators, designers, and clients,and editing your creations based on the comments received.
      • Collaborating with the rest of the team members including other artists and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

      Qualifications: 

    • Ability to obtain Department of Defense Secret Clearance
      • BS/BA in related discipline with a minimum of 3 or more years of Scrum Master experience. 
      • Hands-on experience with managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
      • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
      • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs.
      • Comprehensive understanding of Agile tools, techniques, principles, and values.
